Executive Group

The Executive Group oversees the day-to-day management and operations of the project on behalf of the partners.
Its role is to provide management support and direction to the project managers, to check on progress against agreed milestones and objectives and report to the Steering Group.
The Executive Group is also expected to act as a sounding board and to play an active part in solving any problems that cannot be resolved by the project managers alone.
Terms of Reference:
- to oversee the work of the Project Managers and the monthly progress of the project
- to receive monitoring documentation
- to report to the Steering Group on progress made against agreed milestones
Deliverables:
- providing operational direction and supporting the managers in delivering project to time and to budget
